Coming Soon: Workforce Ready Faculty Toolkit & Vignette Library

The Workforce Ready Faculty Toolkit is currently in development and will be available in Fall 2026.

This collection of ready-to-use, course-aligned resources is designed to help early childhood faculty embed inclusive practices directly into existing coursework. The Toolkit will include assignments, reflection tools, implementation guides, and WCAG 2.0 accessibility-reviewed materials that support strong instructional practice.

The Vignette Library will feature realistic classroom and family scenarios that help students apply theory to inclusive early childhood settings through guided analysis and discussion.

Together, these resources are built to strengthen educator preparation and improve outcomes for children with disabilities.
